Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, overlooking heated private pool & Hot Tub, Laundry room with Washer/Dryer. Just added new pier and Kayaks: Two 1-person & One 2-person kayaks. Life vests, coolers, and dry bags are all provided. For Additional Space please reach out to me for the attached suites which has: additional kitchen, bath, King Size Bed, Queen Pull Out Couch, XL Twin Cot and Laundry facilities. Guest access Full private home with private pool, hot tub, & Pier. Also includes 3 Kayaks plus life vests. Additional suite is available should you need extra space. This additional suite is only leased in connection with the main house lease. It includes it's own kitchen, bath, & living area. 1 King Bed, 1 Queen pullout couch, & 1 XL twin cot if needed. Other things to note *** Please no commercial events or work crews. If we find a reservation for this use it will be cancelled without refund.
