2 story house in quiet neighborhood on free bus line. Lots of room to spread out. Partially fenced big yard with large screened in back porch. Perfect for a family gathering. Bedrooms sleep 10 but can put an air mattress down for an extra 2 people. There is a porta- crib. The space House has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is downstairs and has a private entrance on the porch. Guest access Guests have access to the main house, laundry room,back porch and large yard. There is an apartment over the garage that may or may not be occupied during rental times. Other things to note There is an apartment over the garage that may or may not be occupied during whole house rentals. This is a Pet Friendly house. Please let me know when booking what kind and how many pets you will be bringing. There was some feedback from some guests that mentioned a musty or smoky smell. No one has ever smoked in the house. There is a fire place that may give off a musty smell. the Chimney sweep was here recently to clean it out. However, the whole house has recently had a professional air treatment And the downstairs has been recently painted and upgraded with hard wood floors. The upstairs floor have also been recently upgraded to laminate floors. There are 3 small carpets in the whole house The house is in a quiet neighborhood. You must observe the house rules of keeping the noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
