Five minutes' walk to Eccles station, 8 minutes by train to Manchester, and the M602 is at the bottom of the lane. Close to Salford Royal, MediaCity, the Trafford Centre and Old Trafford. Built for work crews and big families. We live on the street if you need anything. The space BEDROOMS Six double bedrooms over four floors. Bedroom 1, ground floor: double bed, en suite, bay window with a sofa, TV, wardrobe. Bedroom 2: double bed, en suite, bay window with a sofa, a TV that rises from the foot of the bed plus a wall TV, wardrobe. Bedroom 3, front of the house: double bed, en suite, dressing table, TV. Bedroom 4, back of the house over the garden: double bed, en suite, wardrobe, TV. Bedrooms 5 and 6, top floor: double beds, wardrobes, wall TVs. These two rooms share one bathroom between them. Every en suite has a shower, toilet and sink. Fresh linen and towels are provided. KITCHEN Fully equipped, with cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table seats 6. DOWNSTAIRS TOILET A separate toilet on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and lounge. LOUNGE Seats 10, with a 43 inch TV with Netflix and Freeview, and patio doors out to the garden. ALSO PROVIDED Iron and ironing board, hairdryer. There is no washing machine. GARDEN A private, fully fenced back garden with a patio, seating and lawn. PARKING Off road parking at the front for 3 cars or vans, parked in a row. Free parking in the bays on the main road from 4pm to midnight. Guest access The whole house is yours. Check in any time after 4pm with the lockbox. We live on the street, so if anything goes wrong we can be there in a minute. GETTING AROUND Eccles station is a five minute walk, and the train takes about 8 minutes into Manchester. The tram stop is close by too. The M602 is at the bottom of the lane, so the M60 and the motorway network are minutes away. Nearby: Salford Royal hospital, MediaCity, the Trafford Centre, Old Trafford, Chill Factore, and Monton village for bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Other things to note WORKING IN MANCHESTER?
