The space This ground floor apartment is incredibly light, spacious and airy. It has a huge lounge with high ceilings and a large bay window with direct sea views and stunning views over Hove Lawns. There are 2 enormous sofas (one is a double sofa bed), a table with 6 chairs for dining and a large 51 inch flat screen TV offering Sky and Netflix. The main bedroom is also large with high ceilings and a kingsize bed. The second bedroom is very small but has a lovely, comfortable double bed and 2 windows. The bathroom is brand new with Fired Earth marble tiles and a huge shower head with constant hot water. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, SMEG gas cooker, a dishwasher and double French doors that open up onto a large walled garden with 2 tables. There is Ultrafast Wifi throughout the apartment. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment via the hallway on the ground floor of the building. Other things to note The free parking permits provided will allow you to park in the many surrounding roads for each day of your stay. Please make sure you request this when booking. There are only permits available for ONE car for the duration of your stay, no more I’m afraid as these are restricted by the council! There is also 24hour paid parking nearby which costs approx £8 per day for any additional cars.
