Our house is located on a canal. It has a 12x20 patio deck with seating and a charcole grill. Central A/C and heat. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Master has own private bath. Guest bathroom has a deep soaker tub. #2 bedroom has a double bed, #3 has 2 twin beds. Kitchen is fully equiped and has stainless steel appliances. Stove has a built in airfryer. Fully remodeled in 2022. Washer and Dryer. There is a combination lock on the front door with 2 keys. the entry combination in 0901. check in is after 3pm but if house is ready I do allow early check in, check outis prompt 11 to allow cleaning for next guest. The house has paper towels, toilet paper, spices for cooking, charcole and fluid, bath soap, laundry soap., dish soap, coffee, sugar, splenda, aluminum foil, trash bags, an RO water filtration system. House Rules: Please just use my cutting board and not my counter tops, takeout trash, turn AC up to 78, avoid tuning AC to any lower than 74 to avoid freeze up. We are in the Everglades so mosquitoes and sandflies are to be expected. We do have pest control but occassionally a bug or 2 will get in. Car Our property is on a saltwater canal. There is no railing so must watch children due to canal and no deck railing. Mosquitoes and noseenums are around. We have a booster/highchair and a pack & play for sleeping with a changing table for babies.
