It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hob and coffee maker. The bathroom is also fully equipped with towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. The studio has a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Our studio is located in a secure building without elevator access. There are many restaurants, bars and stores nearby, as well as a metro station just a few steps away. Guest access The studio is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building, which like many Parisian buildings of this time does not have an elevator. Access is via the service staircase. It's not a problem for most of us. However, as this aspect can nevertheless be a hindrance for the elderly, I prefer that my future guests are well aware of it before booking.
