New York style Loft with Parking Permit

Super Cool New York Loft style apartment in Cardiff Bay. Minutes from the beautiful Cardiff bay where you can enjoy a meal or cocktail by the sea. 20 mins walk into Cardiff city centre or a short bus, train or taxi drive. The space I love this loft apartment with it's floating staircase and exposed brickwork. It is open plan so gives you the sense of space, just what you need. The outside balcony is great for a morning cuppa. The style is vintage with pieces from the 1960s. Guest access You half a wardrobe (right of the wardrobe) You are welcome to use Iron, Ironing board, shower, outside space, Kitchen facilities. I want you to feel at home in my home. I have wifi but no TV Other things to note NO GROUPS OF MALES OR FEMALES eg hens and stags! I live by the sea so there are seagulls and they are not quiet, if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs. My neighbours is friendly, quiet and lovely. There are door codes for the building so you will be very safe. You will need to keep the noise down in the corridors of the building. For the telly addicts I don't have a TV in the loft, I do have internet access if you wanted to bring a tablet or laptop.
