Simple and cozy house, very close to USP gate 3. We are three residents, one dog and two cats. We offer a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and bed linen. The house has two bathrooms (one outside the house, in the service area), shared living room and kitchen, WIFI and a parking space. Meals included with possibilities for the guest to cook. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the rooms of the residents. They'll be able to cook and do their laundry. Other things to note I, Lenina. I am an Ayurvedic massage therapist and eventually I serve my clients at home, in my room. I often go out during the day to attend at home. My brother, Rodrigo, is a geography student at USP, studies at night and works in the morning. Our animals are docile and live in harmony with each other. They sleep in the service area, but have access to the house during the day. The house is often visited by friends and family, but nothing that can impair the safety and comfort of guests.
