This BnB is on the 2nd floor that has a quiet bedroom with a new Queen Bed, a relaxing lounge room with a leather couch, computer desk, new Mini fridge, new Keurig Coffee machine, new Microwave Oven, and access to WIFI. The full bathroom has a rain showerhead, hand and bath towels. The owner, an avid sailor, lives on first floor and works daily from home. Very quiet home. Use of home is limited to the three rooms on the 2nd floor as described above. There is safe on-street parking. No Smokers!!! The space Quiet, nice decor, safe neighborhood, house has 5 internal security cameras (Visible) for general interior monitoring, with outside security company managing other hidden day/night vision cameras outside the home to ensure home and guest safety. To access the home, enter through the front door into the residence, and up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Guest access Access is through the front door of the home, and up the staircase to the 2nd floor landing. The guest can use the Bedroom, the Lounge and the Bathroom on the 2nd floor. During your stay Would not be a lot, but as needed. Other things to note No Smokers allowed. Owner has a cat. Also, owner is an executive financial services recruiter working usually 9am to 5pm from the dining room area on the first floor, so the expectation is that the guest will see the owner most of the time.
