You are sure to Love our cozy and comfortable Casita in Austin's beautiful Hill Country. Located 20 min from downtown. The Casita is located in a secluded neighbor hood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Enjoy a dip in the pool/spa or shoot some hoops on the sports court. Feel free to ask any questions! The space The Casita is adjacent to a home studio (not the main house, rather a painters studio), however, it is still very private. Private location.. Queen Size bed with sheets, quit and comforter.. Full bathroom with large shower. Shampoo/Conditioner/towels are provided. Custom stained concrete flooring. Custom finishes throughout Large flat screen TV with cable Fridge/freezer drawers. We do provide some water and other drink varieties. However, we suggest stopping prior if you'd like additional drinks or food. Microwave Toaster Nespresso coffee machine/ Nespresso Coffee Pods and Creamer are provided. Variety of teas also available. Glasses, plates, bowels, silverware Wifi available (URL HIDDEN) Guest access Pool/Spa - hour notice to heat the spa - **there was one occasion during someones stay, the pool motor broke and the pool was not in working condition. We do not expect this to happen, however, please understand, this is not a hotel and things can go wrong. Other than that the pool is amazing and always in working order! Sports court Backyard - Full access to the backyard. **We sometimes pull the cushions off of the patio furniture because of rain. We are happy to put back upon request.
