A spacious, stylish, private townhouse in Austin's beautiful Tarrytown/Pemberton Heights. Our townhouse is located in the very convenient and beautiful Tarrytown/Pemperton heights. It is a separate house and has two parking spaces and a private yard. It has a galley kitchen, dining area that seats 6, living room, a guest bedroom downstairs with full bathroom and master suite and bedroom upstairs with a shared 1.5 bathroom. Upstairs master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed. Second bedroom upstairs is a bedroom with a twin bunk bed. The bunk beds are twin size and do sleep adults (My father in law who is over 6'2 slept very comfortably in the bottom) We have a full stocked kitchen with appliances like coffee maker and toaster oven. We also have a large flat screen TV with Apple TV connected. We do not have cable, however, feel free to use your own logins for Netflix, HULU etc.. Perfect for those attending events or on business in Austin. It is easily accessible from Mopac as well as side streets to down town. We are near Mopac so there are a few trains that go by!!! Guest access All parts of our home. Other things to note If you need to run to the store there is a little shopping center West of here on Enfield. It has a Randalls, Starbucks, Pharmacy, Food Food! (a to go gourmet food shop) and a couple little shops. It's the closets store. Central Market is on Lamar and 35th, about 5 minutes away. Cafe Medici on West Lynn has great coffee! Mozarts on Lake Austin has wonderful desserts right on the lake. Maudie's on Lake Austin Blvd and Zocolo's are great places to grab Mexican food nearby.
