It features a luxurious King-size bed, complemented by a 75-inch television for entertainment. The room is equipped with a 70-inch ceiling fan to ensure comfort, along with an en-suite bathroom that boasts a walk-in shower, double sinks, and an indulgent 10-jet whirlpool bathtub. For added convenience, there is also a 32-inch TV in the bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer for laundry needs. The spacious walk-in closet provides ample storage space. Upstairs Bedrooms On the upper level, there are three oversized bedrooms, each furnished with dressers, televisions, and walk-in closets. These rooms are designed to offer comfort and privacy for guests. (Two king and two queen sized beds) Game Room The expansive game room features an impressive 86-inch television and an oversized sectional perfect for relaxation or gather your friends and family for a movie night! Additionally, there is street parking for extra space if needed. Private Entrance and Backyard Amenities You will have access to your own private entrance and a backyard designed for relaxation, featuring two distinct seating areas and a gas fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings! Indoor Facilities Inside the home, you will find a washer and dryer located on the lower level as well as another set upstairs for your convenience. Community Amenities Take advantage of the community amenities within walking distance, which include two lakes suitable for catch-and-release fishing, jogging trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Other things to note I try my best to accommodate an earlier check-in for each guest if available. If the house is ready BEFORE 4 PM you will receive an AIRBNB MESSAGE notifying you of an earlier check in time. If not, Check-in is AFTER 4 PM. As much as we would love to accommodate your fur baby, our very lazy OUTDOOR cat is friendly towards humans but DOES NOT get along with other animals that he does not know. We hate Fees and I'm sure you do too. So, therefore we don't charge a cleaning fee! Just ask you to simply wash dishes that were used, take out trash, put toys back in their appropriate place, clean grill if used and have a safe trip back!
