Enjoy creating wonderful lifetime memories in this darling, pet-friendly home that sleeps up to three people and is cleaned according to AIRBNB’s 5-Step Enhanced Cleaning Process. We completed the renovation of the home in June 2022 and are proud to offer this special place to our guests. 100% of the furnishings are brand new. These include a full-size bed in the bedroom with a twin-size trundle that will comfortably sleep 3 people. Guests will have exclusive use of the home and are welcome to use all areas of the home shown in the pictures. Other amenities include ample parking, high-speed WIFI internet, pet-friendly, 33” TV, high-quality linens & duvet/comforter covers, gazebo, outdoor dining, fire extinguisher & first aid kit. The heating & air-conditioning system is brand new as of 2022. Countless dining, shopping, and other attractions are nearby in every direction. The kitchen features a refrigerator, efficiency gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, quality cookware, dishes & silverware for 4, wine glasses, openers, and knives. Guests will have the use of 2 off-street parking spaces. There is a security system with a keypad at the front door and a security camera that only monitors the back patio and gate. There are no security cameras monitoring the inside of the home. Before your check-in, you will receive a code for keyless access to the house, plus additional property details that will help you optimize your stay. The owners follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts: • Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs • Use cleaners & disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination • Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room • Provide extra cleaning supplies for guests so that they can clean as desired during their stay • Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Casa de Opa is a perfect space, full of charm, for singles, a couple, or a small family to create lasting lifetime memories. Other things to note Any stay longer than two weeks requires our cleaning service to come in. Hosts will work with you to schedule this. We do not host those local to the Amarillo metro area. Guests agree that any signs of illicit drugs on the property will include an extra $300 dollar cleaning charge.
