PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED The space Your unit is located in the rear of a dead-end street, private, and secured with a fence. Address: 4310 Elsbury st. Once you access the patio through the gate, walk up the stairs on the left and reach Rome on the second floor. Early check-in offered for free upon availability, however cannot be confirmed until the day of arrival, pending completion of cleaning. You will have 1 bedroom and a sofa bed (which you need to open) , and would fit easily 3 people. Nearby, you will find many cafes and restaurants. Centrally located, it is about 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the medical center, 10 minutes from downtown and Galleria. Safe booking policy: The Italian Plaza has a Network of over 20 units between one bedroom and two bedrooms, and able to relocate our guests in case of need. We offer complementary relocations in case your unit is impacted by a last minute issue (excluded major weather related disruptions causing electric outages). Guest access Check-in : walk to the smart- lock on the fenced gate. IMPORTANT: the gate is not self-locking, so you need to lock it manually. When leaving the property, push and hold the lock button for a second. The Rome unit is located on the second floor on the left of the patio. When leaving the unit, you need to push the lock button to close the smart locks. Other things to note We are on a no-pet policy unless explicitly authorized by the hosts. A 250$ fee will be charged if a non authorized pets are verified to have been on the property during guest's stay. No smoking in the unit. A 250$ fee will be charged for breaking this rule.
