With an easy drive 15 minutes from Waco, you can have more space for the group and still be together with a true to Texas rural experience. The charming 3 bed/2 bath farmhouse and cozy 2 bed/2 bath farmhouse both have a fully stocked kitchen and spacious living area. They can be rented individually! Master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Full kitchen, large living room and expandable dinning table. 2/2 Farmhouse: Bedrooms a.) King bed and full bathroom across the hall. b.) Two Queen beds and ensuite bathroom. Pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen and dinning table plus sun room. Both houses have a washer and dryer as well as a gas grill. Dogs are allowed with a pet fee. The Farmhouses are approx. 20 minutes from Baylor and downtown Waco. Far enough to feel like your in the country but close enough to lots of activities. Guest access No barn access, but you’re welcome to explore the rest of the property.
