Nannie’s place

This luxury tiny home sits on land that has been in our family for over 140 years. My great grandmother (Nannie) lived on this land for many years. Her home is now gone, but it was always welcoming and many have precious memories of their time spent here. We hope our guests feel the same love and peace that we feel when we spend time at Nannie’s Place! The space The tiny house is one bedroom and one bath. The couch also converts into a queen bed. The home is in a quiet rural area approximately 8 miles off of the I-30 exit in New Boston. Wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker and hair dryer provided. The house is fully enclosed by a chain link fence. Guest access Home and roughly 1 acre lot accessible for guests. Ample parking available. Parking is restricted in front of the gate next to the house as there is a cell tower that may need to be accessed during your stay. It may be accessed on occasion at anytime during your stay for repairs/maintenance.
