Fully fenced backyard boasts a saltwater hot tub and plenty of room to spread out. Grocery store and drug store are a 90 second drive. Walk to the trails in the state park! The space This 1,700 square foot home is a quiet retreat from a busy life! It sits on a corner lot in a nice neighborhood and is full of natural light from ample windows and skylights. It's furnished comfortably and is overflowing with character--oak hardwoods throughout, exposed beams, tongue and groove ceilings, and more. It's a beach house meets a mountain cabin, minutes from the city. The oversized primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a king-sized bed and Peloton bike. The upstairs second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and third bedroom has a full sized (double) bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have power sit-to-stand desks, monitors, and rolling desk chairs. There is a wi-fi printer available as well. The primary and larger upstairs bedrooms both have flat screen TVs. The spacious backyard is fully fenced and private (the fence is 8 ft tall). You'll have access to a private salt water hot tub, 2-person sauna, outdoor dining table, BBQ, and large patio for hanging out. 24x7 keyless entry access and a covered parking spot, as well as large driveway for second vehicle. I enjoy sharing it with others, but I only rent it selectively. I ask you treat it with care as you would your own home, and please be considerate of my neighbors, who live in their homes full time. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard, save for a lock off closet upstairs and a closet in the primary bedroom. Each room has a dedicated guest closet with hangers and shelf space. Other things to note I take pride in ownership of this home and have done most of the improving work myself. I ask that you please treat it with the same respect you would your own. If something breaks, it happens--I ask you to alert me so we can resolve it together rather than letting me discover it and back charging you for damages. If there's anything I can do to make your stay better, from local's recommendations to specific needs you may have, please ask. Because these items have been an issue before, here are a few important house rules: Absolutely NO GLITTER or confetti in the house. No sticky jewels--this is also considered glitter. $200 glitter cleaning fee applies. No electric vehicle charging available. No smoking inside or outside the home. Quiet hours 10 p.m.-8 a.m. No parties allowed. (No parties of ANY kind--this includes birthday parties.) Please do not use the hot tub after 10 p.m. out of respect for our neighbors, whose bedroom window is adjacent to the hot tub. Please remove shoes while inside. Thank you!
