This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is the lower level of a large beach house. King Bed, Bunk Beds, and a futon in the living room to comfortably sleep 13 people total. Fully stocked kitchen. TV & Cable & Internet access. There is a large combined dining room & living room area as soon as you walk in the door, great for everyone to sit around and relax. A large covered front porch, perfect for sitting back to enjoy the breeze & watch the sunset! Fins Up Beach House (Lower Level) - 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Beach House with plenty of space for a group or big family! The unit is set up to sleep 13 total. Bedroom 1 - bunk beds - 2 fulls, 2 twins Bedroom 2 - bunk beds - 2 fulls, 2 twins Bedroom 3 - king bed Futon bed in living room Cleaning fee includes full cleaning and disinfecting of the house, and also includes the sheets & towels included with your stay. There is no private parking on the property. Guests must do free street parking, which is directly in front of the house on St Louis Ave, or any of the side streets around the house. All the roads surrounding this house are free to park on. It is easier to find parking spots earlier in the morning, or later at night during busy summer weekends or holidays. Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk. Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the unit! Located on St Louis Ave on the bay, a very quiet & quaint location, away from the busy highway! This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities! Park your car for the week, and walk or bike to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, Oceans Calling Festival, etc. This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Bed Linens & bath towels are included in your stay. We provide the sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. Do to the large groups staying at the house you need to bring paper towels, dish towels, toilet paper. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus 1 trash bag liner is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm.
