A few monkey accents add charm and character, making this space feel lighthearted and welcoming the moment you arrive. Settle into the queen bed with plush gel padding for a truly restful night’s sleep. A dedicated desk sits beneath a bright window, giving you natural light for work or study, while a spacious closet along the side wall makes it easy to unpack and feel at home. We have a smart TV for you to relax and enjoy your streaming services. Located upstairs for added privacy, the room has a shared, clean, convenient bathroom just across the hall with a shower and tub combo. Extra towels and sheets are provided to make longer stays effortless. You’ll share the home with friendly professionals and travelers and enjoy a relaxed, respectful community atmosphere. The house is owner-managed, so help is always close by if you need anything. Professional cleanings are scheduled every other week, and we kindly ask everyone to help keep common areas tidy in between. When coming to the Shack, it is important that you enjoy the company of others and look forward to sharing the space. Expect to make friends! Inside, you’ll find 5 surf and sand inspired bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a garage that’s been reimagined into a fun game zone with laundry, ping pong, and darts. Out back, the yard is huge—perfect for cornhole, spikeball, or (coming soon!) volleyball. Rainy day? We’ve got indoor games and Smart TVs ready for movie marathons. The area is just as awesome as the house. Stroll to local parks and trails, cool off at the neighborhood pool, or hop in the car and be at The Domain for shopping, dining, and nightlife in minutes. Explore nearby Cedar Park and Round Rock for even more local flavor, or head west to Lake Travis for a day of sunshine and water fun. And of course, you’re only about 23 miles from Downtown Austin, where the live music capital of the world is always buzzing. Our house manager lives nearby and is here if you need anything.
