Located near restaurants and local nightlife. 5 minutes from the beach and close to downtown, where you can find shops and activities for your stay. The space Newly remodeled guest bathroom! Cozy and full of light! Guest access Full house other than owners closet and garage. Both are locked so they can't be accessed. Other things to note Please note that we do have someone that mows our lawn regularly so if you see someone in the yard during your stay that is our lawn guy! House is equipped with enough toiletries for a weekend stay but if you end up having a longer stay with us, please bring suppies with you! Our cleaning crew only stocks a small starter kit for bathrooms and kitchen! We also have a pest control guy that comes regularly, so if you see any deceased bugs, its doing its job! If you see anything alive, please let us know so he can come do a touchup! If you are a Winter Texan and are interested in a longer stay please let us know! We would love to adjust our rates accordingly for your longer stay!
