Great SoSo 2/1! Recently remodeled

This cozy remodel of a 1950's house in SoCo is in the perfect location! With two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen and big backyard, this little casita is across from a park and within walking distance of South 1st & SoCo shops and restaurants. The space Our home is only a couple blocks from South Congress. It has a huge back yard and is directly across the street from Gillis Park. In the summertime, there is a pool that is open in the park across the street. There are two bedrooms - the master has a comfy queen bed and the guest bedroom has a big, full size bed. For additional guests, there is a queen-size blowup that can be made up and ready for use. Guest access From our house, you are within walking distance or a short drive from all the shopping, restaurants, bars and music venues on South Congress, South First Street, and South Lamar. Takes on average 5-8 minutes to drive downtown, depending on traffic. Other things to note Note that the photos were taken with all of our personal belongings hangin' around. When we have guests, all personal effects are taken out and stored, so the place is totally yours. Feels much more like a B&B (...except for the free breakfast. Sorry about that!)
