Cozy BDR in Anderson Mill

Our comfortable bedroom includes a double bed & shared bathroom. There is a large window for plenty of natural light. Wifi, Netflix, backyard, kitchen and washer/dryer. Parking is free and 3 miles to Lakeline Metro Rail station. The space This is an ~1700 sq ft house located in Northwest Austin in the Anderson Mill neighborhood. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and are excited to host guests in our two extra spare bedrooms. Our home is located 15 minutes away from downtown with easy access to TX-183, RR-620, and Highway 45. Our cul de sac is very safe and there are many community amenities close by including 6 miles of walking/jogging trails, tennis courts, and swimming pools. We have listed two bedrooms so feel free to take a look at the other listing as well. Please note that we do have two large dogs and a cat who live in the house. All of our animals are house trained and very obedient, but please keep this in mind in case of any allergies. Guest access Guests are welcome to all areas of the space. During your stay For guests requesting a private room, we will be staying in the house with you during your stay. We are most than happy to provide suggestions for places to visit during your stay in Austin. We both have flexible working schedules so are around the house quite a bit during the week, but love to get outdoors on weekends. We will try to give you as much privacy as you want during your stay with us. Other things to note Our home is clean, warm, and inviting. We cannot wait to host you.
