Since it is on the market, we are only opening up the calendar for booking requests 6 weeks out. We will make every effort to accomodate your stay and communicate with you as much or as little as you want. Message us if you have questions about scheduling your stay. The house is primarily set up to be family friendly and is ideal for smaller groups. The spa is heated but the pool is not. If you want the pool heated it is $150 extra. It will take 12 hours to heat the pool so if you want it heated please message us in advance so it is ready when you arrive. Strict cancellation policy observed. Parties are not tolerated.
