Short distance to Baylor Hospital, great if you are attending a conference at the Sheraton downtown (0.6 mile, 3 min car ride, 10 min walk). 1 mile from Uptown and 1.5 miles to Deep Ellum + Downtown. Uber & Lyft Service this area or you can stay in and relax, enjoy the rooftop deck. The townhome has a 75" Sony 4K TV, Martin Logan sound system and 100 MBPS internet. In addition to the private bed/bath on the third floor, you will have access to the kitchen and living room on the second floor. Reasonable use of all kitchen supplies and appliances is fine as long as they are cleaned. Access to wash and dry laundry available upon request. This allows us to ensure prior guests have left and that the property and occupants are protected.
