The space Located in central Austin with easy access to highways to get to where you are going quickly. We are 7 miles to downtown (please account for the very unpredictable Austin traffic), minutes from McKinney Falls State Park, minutes to Circuit of the Americas, 15 minutes from Barton Creek and Zilker Park & minutes away from Austin-Bergstrom Airport. The patio area is the highlight of the home with space for lounging or hosting. There is plenty of seating area, and loaded with a BBQ pit, fire pit, and hammock. The yard is well maintained, and surrounded by flowers. Please note the lawn is mowed every other Friday. I apologize in advance if you are inconvenienced by the lawn crew. Room #1 is the master bedroom with a King comfy mattress and quality bedding, as well as a ceiling fan and large windows. Netflix access is also available. This room also has its own master bathroom with a garden tub. An additional queen size mattress is located in the master bedroom closet. Room #2 is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, quality bedding, ceiling fan and a smart tv (with netflix access included). Room #3 is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, quality bedding and a ceiling fan. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the entire home with the exception of the garage. Other things to note This home is pet friendly with a doggy-door for large breeds and plenty of yard space. I welcome you to bring your fur babies, however any damage to the home or pet messes are subject to additional charges. Please clean all pet messes prior to check-out. Also, no smoking allowed in the house, only in the backyard. A $250 fee will apply to those who violate.
