COVID-19 UPDATE: to ensure the safest experience for our guests, we have implemented enhancements to our already high standard of cleaning. We are following the new AirBNB cleaning and disinfecting policy which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights; Sanitizing all high touch surfaces down to the light switches. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. The space Keyless entry 2 bedroom spacious cottage with 4 piece washroom on waterfront property. Water is safe for drinking, bathing and usage. Perfect for swimming, fishing and enjoying sunrises sunsets or lounging from the swim deck. Open space concept with a smart tv & assortment of dvd’s for your viewing pleasure. Cottage operates on a septic system. We kindly ask to flush only the toilet paper provided as it is septic safe. Kindly place all tissues and hygiene products in waste baskets provided. Loaded kitchen with 2 full size fridges w/freezer, coffee maker, brand new stove w/oven, ninja blender, kettle, microwave, four slot toaster and partially stocked seasoning, herbs & spices available for your use. We also provide coffee and EVO for cooking. No linens are provided. However, if you wish linens provided, additional fees will be applied. Please check out all the posted pictures with descriptions for more details. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, waterfront property, private beach, dock with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Other things to note In order to access the cottage there is a moderate hill featuring 2 steps upon entry. For lake access there are steps and a moderate path prior to reaching your private beach. This may not be suitable for those with mobility issue. No linens are provided. However, if you wish linens to be provided, additional fees will be applied. Please advise when booking. Keep in mind that although we do our best to ensure your stay is clean and comfortable, bugs are inevitable out in the country, don't forget your bug spray. Please note there are also other wildlife such as wolves, foxes, rodents, deer, squirrels etc. Always keep the doors closed, please be careful with leaving food and drinks out and ensure you properly dispose of your garbage. Two kayaks, a canoe, life jackets (all sizes), noodles & floaties are there for your enjoyment. There are 2 outdoor parking spaces provided. If you would like to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, a complimentary box of firewood is provided. If you require more firewood during your stay, you may purchase from my property manager Jim. You have access to walk the grounds and gather twigs and branches etc. Obey posted notice regarding fire bans and time of day burn limits. Please ensure you properly put out your fire. For your added convenience, you may also enjoy the propane fire pit on the deck. A complimentary propane tank is provided for the fire pit and bbq.
