In the heart of the Périgord Noir, very close to must-see tourist sites, the estate is located in a hamlet overlooking the Dordogne, 1 km from the medieval village of Beynac-et-Cazenac, 10 km from Sarlat. The whole group (up to 10 people) will have easy access to all sites and amenities from this central home. The space The estate consists of two houses, each has its own independent terrace to enjoy outdoor meals. These are three pretty stone buildings, in the pure Perigord tradition. La Grange Enchantée: for 6/8 people An atypical place that will enchant you with its volumes and light It is on 3 levels: - On the ground floor: A large space with an equipped kitchen will allow you to share your meals with family or friends (possibility for up to 18 people). A lounge area with a beautiful fireplace. A room to store your provisions that adjoins a bathroom (toilet and shower). An area dedicated to foosball. Level 1: At each end you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms with a double bed. Each has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet. A lounge area with a screen and a video projector for your cinema session. Level 2: Two large spaces that can accommodate up to 4 people (4 single beds) but also make incredible playrooms. Josephine's House: for 2 people The house is on 3 levels: - On the ground floor: You will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An adjoining pantry will eventually allow you to drop off your provisions, a washing machine is also available. - Level 1: A living room with a fireplace (wood stove) offers you a board games area... This room overlooks your terrace directly. - Level 2: The bedroom with a double bed and varied storage (chest of drawers, wardrobe) is adjoining the bathroom (shower and bath, toilet). From this room you can admire the magnificent views of the Dordogne and Josephine Baker Castle. Guest access You'll have access to entire homes. Other things to note Swimming pool heated by period.
