With 4.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready without feeling cramped. The two living rooms and two kitchens allow for plenty of space to relax and entertain, with all the necessary appliances and amenities provided. Take a dip in the salt water private pool or relax on one of the two outdoor decks while enjoying the beautiful backyard area. The spacious back yard is perfect for playing games like corn hole. Inside, the home is beautifully decorated and features a 75" Smart TV in the living room, making it a great place to gather and watch movies or TV shows. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove with 4 burners, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, allowing you to easily prepare meals and snacks for your group. The bedrooms are all spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and smart TVs in all of them. BR 1 has 2 twins over queen bunk beds and a private bathroom, making it perfect for kids. BR 2 has a king bed and a twin day bed with trundle, as well as a private bathroom. BR 3 has a king bed and its own bathroom, while BR 4 has a king bed and BR 5 has 2 queen beds. BR 4 & BR 5 share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space. One of the best features of this home is the easy access to the lower level without having to walk up any stairs. The lower level features a full living room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a dining area. BR 4 & BR 5 and a full bathroom are also located on this level. Enjoy the beautiful weather on the full enclosed screened porch with a TV and fans. With central A/C throughout the home, you will stay comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. Renters must be 25 and older to book our home no exception, Hoa rules. Number of adults & children, First & Last Name, Email address, home address, phone number, make, model and color of vehicles, tag information and state. Street parking is prohibited at this property. There is no parking garage available for this property. Overflow parking is available with a pass from the security gate. Driveway (5 vehicles), no street parking, no parking garage. 2 golf cart allowed max. If you need to rent more than 2 golf carts during your stay you will have to park your vehicles in overflow lot to allow more space for golf carts. Golf carts are only allowed to be parked on the driveway. No golf carts allowed on the grass. The property requires no steps for entry if you use the lower bottom right entry door. The lower level features a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and screen in porch on the lower level; however, all other bedrooms/bathrooms, a 2nd living room, and main kitchen require stair to access.
