Charming Self-Contained Annex in Landford

The Village Stores and Post Office is only a two minute walk away and you can buy everyday essentials there. There are a number of pubs and restaurants in Landford and neighbouring villages. The space Patio doors lead into the open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, including fridge freezer, electric oven and induction hob, microwave and washing machine. There's a comfortable sofa and smart TV and visitors can enjoy the light and modern surroundings. The bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is modern and stylish with a powerful walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet. Electricity, bed linen, towels and free Wi-Fi are included in the price. Guest access Birch Corner is an annex attached to the owner’s home but is self contained with its own entrance. There is plenty of private, gated parking space alongside. There is a small step through the patio doors, otherwise Birch Corner is on one level. Other things to note Opposite Birch Corner is a short path leading to Landford Recreation Ground where you can walk your dog. A 2 hourly bus service runs to Southampton and Salisbury and bus stops are located just one minute’s walk away. Ideally situated for trips to the ports of Southampton and Portsmouth, the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester and the market towns of Romsey and Ringwood, Birch Corner is the perfect place to stay for one or two people. If you would like a trip to the seaside, Bournemouth and other beaches are approximately a 45 minute drive away.
