Our house is a true haven, perfect for relaxing and, at the same time, being close to the best that São Francisco de Paula has to offer. We are just minutes from downtown, where you will find beautiful restaurants to savor the local cuisine. On the shores of the charming Lake São Bernardo, our house carries the history of a family that, for generations, has lived and lives special moments here. And now, we open the doors for you to also create unforgettable memories in this unique setting. The space If you are looking for a special place to relax and connect with nature, you have found the ideal destination. Imagine starting the day with breakfast while enjoying the view of the lake, where ducks, geese and paddle boats glide smoothly over the waters, bringing even more charm to the place. The sunset here is a spectacle in itself, providing a perfect environment to rest and connect with nature, where toucans, hummingbirds, jacus and playful howler monkeys still circulate around the house. When you stay here, you can enjoy: ✔ A balcony with stunning lake views, perfect for an inspiring breakfast. ✔ Large and cozy living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas and Smart TV (access to YouTube and Netflix). ✔ Spacious dining room with a table for six and a beautiful view. ✔ Fully equipped kitchen, including stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, blender and even a barbecue grill for special moments. ✔ Comfortable rooms, all with splits and balconies to enjoy the scenery. ✔ Firewood available to warm up the colder nights. ✔ Direct connection to nature, with outdoor areas and access to the lake in front of the house. Welcome! We hope you feel at home and enjoy every moment of this special experience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and its outdoor area. At the back of the house there is another large area of virgin forest, as well as on the sides, and an inactive leisure area at the back. In addition, they have access to the lake every time they go down the stairs to access the house. Other things to note ✔ The daily rate varies according to the number of guests after 4 people. Be sure to enter the correct amount when booking. ✔ For maximum comfort during your stay, the house accommodates up to 6 people. Upon request, we can adjust this setting. ✔ For the schedule available on the platform to be valid, on holidays, we make no exceptions regarding the number of nights and amounts. Thank you for your understanding. ✔ Accessibility: Access to the house is via stairs (two external flights). Internally, the house has two floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floor, with access via stairs. We don't have elevators. ✔ There is a dehumidifier on the ground floor for greater comfort, as the place has humidity due to its proximity to the forest – consider this if you have any respiratory problems. ✔ There is no TV in the rooms, providing a more peaceful experience and connection to nature. ✔ All rooms have split air conditioning for maximum comfort on cold nights.
