Since due to the high cost of propane, additional fees for heating will be $50 for every two hours( minimum two hours) and after that each hour will be $20 and a deposit of $500 will be required for this purpose. Please inform me at least one day early if you want to use the heated pool or spa! since the helper needs to be in the property and turn on the heater at least one hour in advance to heat up and get the right temperature ! Guest access You are welcome to use almost anything in the main house except the locked ones, it stores some personal items. Please do not touch any motor bikes and farm equipment under the barn, and please do not enter the in-law apartment!. The driveway of garage **** ATTENTION: Usually every Tuesday is the pool service day, which takes about 30 minutes to complete, after completion, it is best to wait for one hour before using it because chemicals have been added. **** The in-law's apartment is on the other side of the driveway, and depending on the schedule, my assistant or I sometimes stay there as needed . As you know, this is a ranch, and we have a well water system and a hot tub system, which is complicated. Occasionally, there may be faults that require immediate attention to ensure an uneventful stay. No common areas are shared between caretaker and guest.
