LIVERPOOL We are delighted to offer this newly refurbished spacious bungalow, 7 mins drive to restaurants & shops. Easy access to motorway links - it’s ideal for family, friends & business people alike. Maghull North train station -just mins by car -takes 25 mins to VIBRANT Liverpool with Aintree Retail, Grand National en route. Or Ormskirk renowned for restaurants. A drive on the motorways to Fazakerley hospital (15 mins), Chester, Cheshire Oaks Outlet, Chester Zoo, Knowsley Safari park. The space LIVERPOOL There is wi-fi throughout the house. Can sleep up to 5. There are 2 spacious, bright bedrooms. Each has a wardrobe & bedside cabinets. One has a work area, chair & stationery. The second has a set of drawers and space for a cot/cotbed. The living room has an L shaped sofa which can revert to a bed if required. A smart TV with unit, books & games. A single chair & small table. The modern kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle, 4 slice toaster, oven, induction hob, dining dishes, cutlery, slow cooker, coffee machine, pans etc. Teapot, cups & trays. The dining area seats 6 comfortably & is situated near the patio doors which leads to the garden. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a shower & bath. We provide shampoo, soap etc. a shaving mirror and flannels. The hallway has a storage cupboard which houses an ironing board, iron, maiden, extra towels and bedding….plus some toys for the younger ones! There is a hoover in the hallway along with coat hooks. The house is centrally heated and has a porch. Guest access There is a key lock box for easy access if we are not available to greet you. However we mostly do greet and meet our guests. Guests have access to all areas as they have the privacy of the entire house. This includes the driveway, front garden and back garden with patio. We welcome children and will do all we can to provide a safe and happy environment for them. Two small cars can fit on the driveway. Other things to note This is a quiet residential area which has a reputation for being safe. Should you need any extras or information, we are happy to oblige where we can. We will be here when you leave to take the keys back. Should we not be available we will always have someone else to look after you. All we ask is that you respect the place…Accidents happen but if any accidents arise- breakages or spills etc- PLEASE let us know so we can address it in time for the next guest.
