The Bear Den

The Bear Den is a 3 bedroom house located in the town of Ellicottville, New York overlooking Holimont Ski Resort. The beautiful views can be enjoyed from the hot tub, fireside, the expansive second floor balcony, or from the warmth and comfort inside. We are located a mile from the center of the village making shopping, dining, and exploring easily accessible. The space The Bear Den has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, a spacious mudroom and an open kitchen and dining area. Outside, there is a small private patio off of the primary bedroom, a large balcony off of the upstairs living room with a Traeger smoker and grill, and a downstairs patio with a hot tub and a fire pit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. An extra building with an office is available for long term renters. Other things to note The Bear Den is built on a hillside. The driveway is steep and, in the winter months, can be slick. We have a plow service and provide salt at the front door, but 4-wheel drive vehicles and/or snow tires are recommended.
