The accommodation has an equipped kitchen area: kitchenette with stove, sink, hood, storage, fridge-freezer and microwave, as well as everything you need to cook (dishes, cutlery and utensils). The bathroom has a modern shower with glass wall, vanity with mirror and toilet. The bright living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, dresser and dining area with table and five chairs. Linens are included, for a turnkey stay without constraints. You will also enjoy a pleasant private terrace with garden furniture, perfect for your moments of relaxation, directly overlooking a wooded park located just across the street from the accommodation. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a TV with TNT, Netflix and Canal+ channels, as well as an internet connection. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and green, while being close to shops, transport and the main Parisian tourist sites. Key 🕘 handover The keys are handed over by appointment, in our presence, and imperatively before 9 a.m. If a later check-in is required, we will agree together on a solution to leave you the key safely. 🚪 Access to the accommodation Access to the apartment is simple and secure: A small gate allows you to enter the courtyard and open the parking door to access the parking area. From the courtyard, you reach the main building, then you go up to the first floor. The apartment is on the right door. Once inside, you arrive directly in the living room with kitchenette overlooking the terrace. From this room, a hallway leads to the bathroom and bedroom. Other things to note The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people (maximum 5 adults), with a travel cot for the little ones. You will stay in a quiet and green residential area, close to shops and transport. A little literary nod: Montfermeil is mentioned in Victor Hugo's Les Misérables, because this is where Jean Valjean came to fetch little Cosette from the Thénardiers. So you will be staying in a place steeped in history!
