The Modern Venice House

Welcome to the Modern Venice House! This cozy private space is in an extremely quiet location in Venice with updated decor in 2025. It includes everything provided by a hotel room, including kitchenette, bathroom, heat/ac, bedroom/living room and polished concrete floors that are all new and ready to be enjoyed. The space includes high-end opaque glass doors that let in lots of light but provide privacy. You will be steps away from the best sights in Venice and Santa Monica. The space You will love this space because of its location and our very quiet neighborhood. Abbot Kinney Blvd is less than 1 mile away, the Venice canals are about 1 mile away and the beach is 1.3. It's also very, very quiet (no street noise and private). The unit is designed to be like a hotel room. It provides the basics to sleep/work/eat. The Airbnb is completely separate from the main house and has a separate walkway so it is very private. It has a queen sized bed. A fold down couch which can be used as a second bed. A queen sized blow mattress can also be provided if you require a third bed. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the Airbnb. Access is via self check in and details will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your stay. The Airbnb is a completely separate building to our main house. You will have access to the private unit with bathroom, shower, kitchen sink, microwave and fridge/freezer. The apartment also has a 32” tv with Apple TV. There is a small courtyard outside the Airbnb for guests to use with outdoor furniture and several nice parks within walking distance nearby. Other things to note This unit is designed to be like a hotel room. It will provide a nice, clean place to sleep or work but is not great for inviting guests over.
