Queen Size murphy bed, kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, hot plate, electric frying pan and air fryer. Bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Dishes, pots and pans, and linens. RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants. The KVR path is right out the front door! Wineries all around! What are you waiting for!! The space This suite has floor to ceiling windows all at the front looking out to the lake and beach. Blinds with black out curtains provide you with privacy when you want it. The suite is 500 sq ft, one big open room, with kitchenette and rolling island that easily rolls to the side to set up the queen size murphy bed. Lots of closet space to hang your clothes, couch, chair, TV and desk with chairs for those who might need to set up your laptop! Bathroom has shower, sink and toilet, and washer/dryer. There is central air conditioning for the summer and heated slate floors in the winter. You won't find a better location! Other things to note Penticton Hospital is on the bus route. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the suite. If you prefer to walk, its about a 40 minute walk. If you prefer to ride a bike, its about 15 minutes away. Apex Ski Resort is 30-40 minutes away. Kelowna is 55 minutes away. Penticton has an airport, so does Kelowna. Wineries and golf courses are a short drive away, and pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance.
