Private North Boulder bedroom perfect for one person or couple. Large bedroom furnished with Queen bed, workspace with desk and attached laundry room. Private bath one level up. Or choose the upstairs bedroom with private bath and still have the workspace downstairs. I live here and happy to share my space. The space The house is a 2000 SF multi-level in an established, quiet neighborhood, street parking. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2 decks and a well-equipped kitchen. Guest access You are welcomed to use all of the communal spaces of the house such as living room, kitchen and decks. During your stay I work from home so am usually here in case you need anything.
