The space Our private loft on the 3rd floor offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay: Independent entrance, ensuring your privacy. Spacious area with a double bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and Smart TV. Compact kitchen with 2-burner electric stove, electric kettle, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Fast Wi-Fi and Ethernet point for those who need to work or connect. Private bathroom with hot shower. Guest access Covered balcony on the third floor with microwave, iron, hairdryer, blender and washing machine (available to guests at an extra cost). Outdoor corridor with vertical garden, perfect for relaxing. Other things to note Note: You need to climb stairs, I do not recommend it if you have comorbidities. Important Rules: Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. Visitors are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. Use of air-conditioning from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with windows closed.
