Guest access Upon booking you will be provided with additional information on how to get through gated security for the Resort and how to use the front door keypad to access the Townhome. In the resort community with a 9,000 sq/ft clubhouse, take advantage of the 2 heated pools, 2 large spas, walking trails, bar/restaurant lounge, kids play area, fishing lake, fitness center, and more! Other things to note The Total price quoted when you book includes the property rental cost, Florida sales tax, local rental occupancy tax, AirBnB's service charge, plus a $130 fee for cleaning at the end of your stay. Please note that the cleaning fee goes direct to my cleaner to change all bedding and towels, clean bathrooms, dust and sweep, and identify any maintenance needed. Pool heat is an optional extra at $25 per day or $150 (USD) per week, recommended if you plan to use the pool between November 1 and March 31. This option will heat the water up to 86 degrees F. Please note this is a swimming pool, not a hot tub. During very cold nights in the winter months, it will take considerable time for the pool heat pump to warm the water. Electric heating pumps do not operate effectively below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, and they heat 1 to 2 degrees per hour on average. We cannot accept liability of the pool heater to provide adequate heating when the outside air temperature drops very low at night. You can let us know within a week of your stay so we have time to turn it on before your arrival.
