Late night check-in okay. Key lock-box for no-contact entry. Must enter with guest that booked the stay. Early check-in and/or late check-out is available. Availability depends on prior/next guest and housekeeping. Free street parking. Downtown and guests find it much easier to get around locally with a ride share service like Uber or Lyft. Very comfortable, fully equipped home for an extended stay. To ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable stay in a nice clean place. Other things to note Alcohol consumption is OK inside the property and or outside patio area. Please keep cans & bottles in trash to maintain safety from any glass breaking. Smoking is OK as long as it is done only outside (strict). 420 is OK as long as it is done only outside. Please keep doors & windows closed while smoking outside and please properly dispose of cigarette buds & cigar & 420 products. For guest convenience, we have a handyman that manages trash day.
