Understanding AirBnB's Pricing: You will see the final pricing and breakdown on your side. Nightly price, cleaning fee, and Airbnb’s service fee. - You will see the price of individual nights by clicking on the listing's "Calendar" - AirBnB also charges Guests a Service Fee (between 6%-12% of the total depending on the size of the booking) and charges Hosts a separate 3% Service Fee. - Infants of all ages are considered a guest. Please ensure you select the appropriate number of guests when making your reservation. $100/guest late check-out fee. $300 noise complaint fee. (MINUT: Decibel meter in unit to help) If you are messy when intoxicated, this is not a fit for you. The garage/path is drab in comparison to the unit reserved for you. The building is not what you're renting. No reviews pertaining to the part of the common areas that I cannot upkeep myself won't be permitted. $80 sheets replacement: Sheets are much more than $80, but I'll let you replace damaged (torn, stained) sheets for only $80. I think that is reasonable. $400 lost key/garage remote if not returned. If returned before the next guests arrival, $200 is acceptable. If booking 2 or fewer nights in between typical guests, 4 guests maximum. No extra guests permitted. Larger bookings of 6 guests are intended to accommodate families with kids. But not necessarily 6 adults. If something is missing, or an appliance not working at 100%, you must inform me and allow me to fix it ASAP. Or there is not reasonable reason for refund/review. I only can control the apartment itself. Not to be considered part of the experience, but the common areas and amenities are a bonus. I've made some updates to the design over time. But it's the same great floorpan with a balcony to add, too. I would rather have regular photos and you appreciate the in person sight than have prettier photos than in person. Enjoy!
