The space This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom a king size bed. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite. You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. Zilli Villa Zilli Ocean Front 503 Zilli Ocean Front 101 Zilli Ocean Front 201 If you have a larger group, the Zilli Ocean Front 202 and the Zilli Ocean Front 201 have a connecting door and can be rented together. You would have two living areas, two kitchens, two bedrooms, two bathroom, and two balconies. Other things to note This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. That said, there are some accessible features at the facility. Please ask me specific questions to determine if this property would a good fit for your needs. My properties have always been cleaned by professionals, and they continue to sanitize and disinfect the property after each guest checks out paying extra attention to high touch areas, allowing time for disinfectant products to work as designed, and allowing sufficient time to ventilate the rooms.
