Micol Home is a period house with breathtaking views, located in Seiano (Vico Equense) in an elegant and quiet residential complex between the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, in a strategic position to reach the main tourist attractions of the region. With its terrace with breathtaking views and its spacious interior spaces, it is a solution for families, couples or groups of friends who want to share relaxing days in one of the most evocative scenarios in the world. The space Micol home is a semi-independent residence in a residential complex, it has a large panoramic terrace of about 120 square meters for exclusive use of guests where you can have lunch, dinner and relax with a view of the Gulf of Naples. We are in a side street of Corso Caulino, near the Ristorante degli Amici. Inside, the house is divided into a living area with sofas, an equipped kitchen with a nearby bathroom, two double bedrooms, one of which has a loft with a double bed. We are a 15-minute walk from Seiano Station (Circumvesuviana). If you arrive by train, let us know and we will pick you up at the station. Guest access The property is entirely available for guests. Other things to note To reach the property, you have to go up two flights of external stairs, a first short ramp downhill, and another uphill. Free parking is available within the condominium space. However, access to the property is via a narrow 50-meter uphill road, with a complicated elbow curve, and is therefore only easy for small/medium-sized cars (maximum 2 meters wide, for example, a Dacia Duster can pass, at most). We therefore recommend that you reach us with small or medium-sized cars. In the event of large cars or parking difficulties, the co-host offers paid parking in a restaurant 200 m from the house, or free of charge on the days when guests decide to eat at the property. But be aware that you will then need to walk on a state road without a sidewalk, and then make the final steep climb on foot to reach the property. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available: €100 per trip. For stays of more than 2 guests, i.e. from 3 to 6 guests, additional laundry costs of 15 euros per additional guest must be calculated, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
