The space GENERAL FLOOR PLAN: The 2nd floor includes all of the living areas (kitchen, dining, living rooms). Bedrooms/sleeping areas are on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There is not an elevator/lift. OUTDOOR FUN: - Private Pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day *NOTE* the diving board was recently damaged and has been removed!* - Huge front lawn, great for games and stargazing - Guest access to Kayak, Firepit & Gas Grill - Gorgeous river views from porch and balcony - Dock access for fishing or docking your boat - Screened in porch is a wonderful spot for morning coffee GENERAL: - Free wi-fi - Smart TV - Well-stocked kitchen - No pets - No smoking Guest access This home includes private parking. Guests have access to pool, dock, grill, kayak and firepit. **No lifeguard on duty, swimming and use of all amenities/equipment on property are at own risk.** Guests are able to dock boats along the side of the community dock, however, slips are reserved for residents of the community. The dock is a short walk from the front door of our home. (Boats may be available for rent at local marinas in Deltaville, Matthews, Irvington, etc.) Other things to note SUMMER STAYS & SPECIAL PRICING! ☀️🏡 We love spending time at our river home during the summer—sunset jet ski cruises are our favorite! Because of this, we structure our June–August bookings to allow for the best experience for both our guests and our family. ✨ Preferred Summer Booking Options: • FRI-FRI or SUN-SUN STAYS (Sunday check-in at 6 PM; Includes a 5% DISCOUNT on Nightly Rate!) • MON-FRI STAYS (Includes a *10% DISCOUNT* on both the Nightly Rate *AND* Cleaning Fee!) We try our best to be flexible! Main living areas are on 2nd floor. - Indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. - Sometimes the water does not come out of the POOL SLIDE. In that case, you can run the water hose down the slide as a work-around.
