Stay 100 meters from the beach

New apartment, ready to receive meticulous people. My space offers comfort and tranquility in the best location of Praia do Morro, on the 2nd street of the beach. Around the building are restaurants, bars, a bakery, small markets, a pharmacy, a 24-hour bank and small shops. There are surveillance cameras at the Building Entrance, in the Hall leading to the Elevators, in the Garages and inside the Elevators (all on the outside and in common areas). There are no such devices inside the apartment. The space The apartment is cozy, modern and airy. It has an inviting gourmet balcony, equipped with an electric grill for barbecues. Building with 2 elevators, the service elevator being suitable when wearing a bathing suit or taking out the trash for disposal. In these cases, the guest's entrance will be through the garage. The building maintains surveillance cameras at the Building Entrance, in the Elevator Access Hall, in the Garages and inside the Elevators (all on the outside and common access). There are no such devices inside the apartment. Other things to note Guests are required to bring their own bed linens and bath towels. The air-conditioning, which is only available in the en-suite, should be used responsibly, i.e. while there is a guest in that room. Trash must be disposed of in the proper place, in the bins in front of the building, using the service elevator and passing through the garage (the doorman opens the gate). Guests are asked to leave the utensils and appliances they use clean, as the cleaning fee charged refers only to the cleaning and sanitization of the property after their departure.
