Within the popular Legacy Mountain Resort is Legacy View cabin. It’s a cozy 1,400 sq ft cabin with sleeping for 6 and all the amenities needed for a Great Smoky Mountain vacation. Private hot tub, rocking chairs, neighborhood pool and a great view of the mountains. This location is fantastic with close and easy access to Dollywood (8 miles), The Great Smoky Mountain National Park as well as all the attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Parkway (7 miles). Location: Dollywood 17 minutes, 8 miles Starbucks 15 minutes, 7 miles Food City Grocery Store 15 minutes, 7 miles Pigeon Forge Parkway 14 minutes, 7 miles As you turn in the private driveway of Legacy View you’ll see the fantastic view, bbq grill and a very nice smoker for the chefs. Upon entering you’ll find a very well stocked kitchen with all new stainless appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash and all new dishes, pots, pans, etc. Continuing into the cabin you’ll find the living room and dining room. She says the 70” TV is too big, I said there’s no such thing. The dining room table is a great spot for meals or doubling as a work space as the WiFi is very strong and plenty capable for ZOOM/Teams meetings. In the cozy living room there’s a pullout couch and love seat for lounging and watching a movie on the new 70” Samsung TV. It’s a smart TV hooked up to the Xfinity cable box. Streaming apps are built into the cable box. Next up is the master bedroom suite. It’s got a new furniture and a new king mattress, TV, storage bench for luggage and a small closet. The master bathroom is next up with its new tiled shower and granite counter tops. Heading back out to the front is the lower deck with a picnic table and rocking chairs for enjoying the view while enjoying a meal outside. Heading back inside and upstairs you’ll find the loft bedroom, arcade, bathroom and sleeping loft. The arcade has 4 video game machines. Street Fighter, NFL Blitz, Big Buck Hunter and a Multicade with all the favorites from the 80’s. Next is the large open loft bedroom with a king log bed, closet and tables for storing luggage. Up the ladder is the sleeping loft with a new queen mattress. In the bathroom you’ll find another new tiled shower, large jetted tub and new granite vanity. Outside on the upper deck is the hot tub, large roll down shade for private and more rocking chairs to enjoy the mountain air from. Enjoy! The whole cabin is available for the guests. Legacy Mountain is a very popular location in the Smoky Mountains. Known for its close proximity to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge with great views and a nice pool at the top of the hill. The drive up the hill of Legacy Mountain resort is steep yet nicely paved and curbed. It’s very benign compared with others in the area. A car is necessary in this area. Our cabin is in a neighborhood resort with other rental mountain cabins. Legacy Mountain resort has a great location near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and includes a beautiful pool for all guests to enjoy.
