Beautiful- walk up basement apartment with an elevator if you struggle using stairs! We are so close to so many historical sites, hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. We have a full patio that you can enjoy while you’re here along with a playset and sandbox for your kiddos. We have several walking trails throughout our neighborhood that you can also enjoy! The space It’s three-bedroom, luxuriously furnished for our close family and friends. It includes a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, patio, along with a fenced in back yard. This is a basement apartment in our family home. We have 4 kids and 2 tiny Yorkies (they don’t shed and are hypo-allergenic). This means there is a good chance we'll have plenty of toys to share with your kids (bikes, scooters, bats, mitts, balls, rackets, frisbees, etc.) Just ask and we'll see what we can offer to make sure you have a great vacation. You'll likely hear the commotion of our three kids throughout the day. Our kids are still young, so it’s usually peaceful from 8pm- 8am! Guest access There is a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, and full laundry room included in your private space. Other things to note There is cable in living room, but There is no cable or broadcast television. The televisions are chromcast internet connected TVs. Feel free to use any of your favorite streaming apps Guest access There will be 1 parking space in the drive way closets to the house. If you have more than 1 car you’ll need to park down by the pavilion. Other things to note I put out limited supplies for you to use when you arrive. There’s 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, enough laundry soup for 2 loads of laundry! If you need additional you’ll need to bring some! Anything in the fridge that other guest have left you are welcome to use. Along with any non perishable items left in the pantry!
