A magnificent mountain panorama awaits you. Numerous mountain, cycling and hiking tours can be started from the front door. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, modern and rustically furnished. It is equipped with two bedrooms ( a large bedroom with double bed 200x180 and a single bed 200x90, a bedroom with bunk bed 200x90), living room with sofa, TV, games collection, dining area and balcony, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen, separate lockable room for bicycles, strollers, ski sled, etc. A private wellness area for your exclusive use ensures special moments of well-being. A custom-made Swedish sauna with two additional infrared radiators and various sauna infusions is exclusively available for you. In addition, a private Jacuzzi hot tub (the hot tub has a fixed temperature of 36 degrees in the months of September-May. In the months of June to August, at the guest's request, on the garden terrace to relax or regenerate after exercise. The garden offers you a beautiful, well-kept sunbathing area with views of the Hochgern and the Jochberg. The Bavarian sea, Lake Chiemsee, can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in about 60 minutes by bike. For winter sports enthusiasts, the extensive cross-country skiing trails in Unterwössen can be reached in five to ten minutes. The ski resorts Reit im Winkl, Winklmoos-Steinplatte and Hochkössen are only a few kilometers away. Three very good Bavarian restaurants can be reached by foot in 5 minutes by foot.
