There is a laundry room downstairs with full sized washer and dryer. Very nice lake view from the furnished upper deck, living room, master bedroom and downstairs bedrooms. Fishing/swim dock with boat tie- ups. Microwave, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer; Streaming internet TV with Amazon Prime on each HDTV, local and sports channels not available. DVD player in the living room; Gas grill on the upper deck. New furnishings, flooring, paint. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. Enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, tennis and hiking trails in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. Madrid Courts. Lake DeSoto. The guests have full access to a private residence that is 1300 square feet on two levels. There are two private decks and a private swim dock. Amenities in Hot Springs Village are pay per play (golf, etc.) and are not included in the rental.. Guests are provided driving directions to the rental office for check in and gate passes. Guests are also provided what to expect documents for their stay. Guests are also provided 24 hour emergency access for maintenance issues during their stay. Hot Springs Village is a private gated community spread out over 26,000 acres at the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. It is your base camp for recreation in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village and the greater Ouachita National Forest area. Sit back and take it easy or enjoy many of the recreational opportunities at your fingertips. Public transportation is not available. Local airports are Little Rock (60 miles) and Hot Springs (20 miles). Private transportation is available. Reservation policy 1. Valid Credit Card to hold the reservation. 2. Deposit of first nights lodging charged to credit card at time of booking. 3. With cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival (7 days prior for Holidays or Family Reunions) deposit is fully refunded. 4. Total charge for reservation is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
