We work following the concept of American-style lodging, where guests have more independence during their stay. We are a private property, without a guesthouse structure or services such as front desk or daily housekeeping. However, keeping your comfort in mind, we offer a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare delicious meals while enjoying the view, and we will be available to provide support during your stay, including full cleaning and/or linen changes arranged separately. For the comfort of our guests, the cabin has: - Modern environment in industrial style and open concept, with clean furniture of high standard; - Balcony with panoramic views of the mountains (180°); - Thermal and acoustic comfort, with double wall and hot and cold air conditioning; - Internal fireplace; - 1 queen size bed; - 1 auxiliary bed (suitable for children); - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Smart flat screen TV with swivel base; - Private Jacuzzi with hydromassage and glass roof and panoramic windows; - 1 bathroom integrated with the jacuzzi area, with shower, sink and heated towel rail; - 1 washbasin with toilet and hygienic shower; - Bathroom and kitchen sink faucets with hot water; - Perfect kitchen for two, with refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, water filter, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, dishes, and various utensils (salt, oil, etc.). - Dining table next to the kitchen; - Open closet, with coat rack and shelves to store clothes and belongings; - Hairdryer and iron; - Blackout curtains and mosquito screens on all windows; - Great natural lighting, in addition to several artificial lighting options (which can be configured according to the desired climate); - 25MB Wi-Fi available, open internet on the way up to the chalet (from the burnt ranch to the access/beginning of the climb to the vista, there is no signal, but on the way up it already has); - External area for individual bonfire (ground fire) and large collective bonfire; - Space to park the car in front of the chalet. In addition, of course, to many natural beauties and breathtaking landscapes! If you need to work, don't worry! We understand that even in a beautiful place, some demands need attention, and that's why the cabin has internet available and suitable for home office. As the property is on top of the mountain, access is via a stretch of dirt road and a paved climb, which is quite steep. But if you have trouble getting there, don't worry! Our team will be ready to offer all necessary support. Guest access There are several chalets on the property and it is possible to book them as a group. All are close enough to each other so that it is peaceful to take a vacation with friends, while maintaining the privacy of each couple or family. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM; - Checkout: by 11 AM; - Check-ins after 8 PM may be subject to a convenience fee: R$50 until 10 PM and R$100 after 10 PM; - For same-day bookings, additional wait time may be required due to the host's travel time to the property; - Extra linens/towels and cleaning must be requested and are paid separately, directly to Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Pets are welcome! We gladly accept your pet for an additional fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid at check-in directly to the host; - Pets must relieve themselves only on the street, and any damage caused to the property will be charged during check-out inspection; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may incur fines; - Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM; - Any breach of condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility and may result in fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
